Official Deputations, Bishops, Deputies, and Deputy Alternates are registered by each Diocesan Administrator. Once you have been registered and the registration fee has been paid, you will be sent an email in which you will be asked to confirm the information that is on file for you as well as provide other information you might find useful. Once this is complete, you are officially registered for the General Convention. You will be able to pick up your badges and notebooks starting Monday July 6th at 9 am in Hall "C" of the Anaheim Convention Center. If you are a resigned Bishop and wish to attend the General Convention, please contact your local Diocesan Bishop.

Alternates who register before 6/1/09 will receive all legislative materials sent to deputies pre-convention and will receive daily legislative materials at convention. Alternates who register after that date will receive all materials at the Convention Center during Registration hours. During the legislative sessions, you will receive updated printed material in the "Alternates Area" on the perimeter of the House of Deputies. Alternates who do not plan to attend the 76th General Convention may purchase the Blue Book and Canons. The General Convention Journal will be published on a CD-ROM or will be available on-line.

The ECW Triennial Meeting is planning a series of open workshops during Convention. You are invited to attend the workshops even if you are not an ECW member. Put a check mark in the question on the registration form if you are interested in attending. On-Line Registration will be open until June 1st, 2009. After that date you must register on-site at the General Registration Counters in the Anaheim Convention Center, Hall "C", starting Sunday, 7/6/09 at 9:00 am.

Visitors who wish to receive all of the pre-convention materials distributed to the Bishops, Deputies and Alternates as well as all legislative copies at convention must pay the registration fee of $400.

Please note that we are offering a special Pre-registration fee of $50 for visitors to attend General Convention for multiple days and who do not want to receive the legislative material. The fee for visitors registering on-site for multi-day attendance is $60. This fee includes a badge and holder, map and program. Visitors who wish to attend one day only must register on-site for a one time fee of $15. This fee includes a badge and a daily schedule. You are not required to register for the Sunday 7/12/09 UTO Ingathering and Eucharist.

Some areas require specific skills and experience; some will include a great deal of physical activity; others will require only limited time involvement.
